Launched in February 2020, AA Money is a joint venture between Suncorp New Zealand and the NZAA providing solutions in the motor vehicle finance market.

TFS in New Zealand have been leveraging NAC resources to enhance their process and system offerings in the fleet distribution market.

In 2019, The Thorn Group, owners of the iconic Radio Rentals brand approached NAC Consulting to assist with their end to end consumer leasing process that was under-performing from a customer experience, operational risk and arrears management perspective.

Through the completion of a detailed review utilising actual data and employee observations NAC Consulting validated the size and scale of the issues facing Radio Rentals leasing process. This provided the opportunity for senior management to understand the problem in detail, and by leveraging NAC Consulting’s deep capability in process improvement, people leadership and risk management, address the issues driving poor performance with a targeted action plan.

Radio Rentals achieved a 50% reduction in leasing application turnaround times, while also reducing operational FTE by 25%.
The Regional Investment Corporation (RIC) is a branch of the Federal Government charged with the responsibility to complete the admission functions for the federal government drought relief loans for the Australian farming community. RIC Chairperson and CEO approached NAC Consulting to assist with reducing the excessive turnaround times for agribusiness loan applications.
A detailed review was completed on the complex end to end process with activity split between RIC and their outsourced business process provider, which is a second tier Regional Bank. Through the utilisation of actual data and employee observations across both organisations NAC Consulting was able to identify and articulate true performance and the root-cause of processing delays.
NAC Consulting created a detailed process improvement implementation plan that RIC senior management owned and executed to achieve targeted outcomes.
