Cory has forged a diverse career path in the Banking and Insurance sectors over the past 17 years. He has made many impactful contributions in operations, business design, change management and communications. Beginning "on the tools" dealing directly with customers, he gradually migrated into business design and process management. This led to a change career leading major programs of work from the implementation of a core bank replacement system, claims transitions, process improvements and portfolio/enterprise level change management. 

 

Over recent years Cory has been spearheading the change of numerous large scale business divestments showcasing his versatility in strategy, planning, change risk management and execution. His comprehensive understanding of business dynamics and sharp analytical problem-solving skills have been instrumental in identifying opportunities, maximising value and ensuring seamless transitions for all involved.
