Fiona’s leadership journey began in the early ’90s, when, as a university student, she entered the call centre industry with NAB. It was there that she discovered her passion for leadership, which is grounded in the principles of connection, respect, and kindness. At the core of her leadership approach is her ability to build teams dedicated to continuous learning and growth.

Over the ensuing years, Fiona has held executive roles at IAG, QANTAS, AAPT (now TPG), and Thoughtworks. Renowned for her expertise in managing complex agendas, particularly in cultural transformation and strategic programs, she has successfully led initiatives ranging from organisational redesigns to large-scale technology deployments. Fiona has also managed substantial operational teams of over 1,200 members, excelling in both strategy development and execution.

A graduate of Melbourne Business School and the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Fiona was named AFR Boss Young Executive of the Year in 2006. With a deep curiosity about how things work, she is inherently driven to use her extensive experience to coach and mentor others.
